Table Layouts

Choosing which table layout is recommended depends on three main factors: 1) Your guest list numbers, 2) Your head table style and 3) Your overall table length desired (8.5’ or 17’)

Once you’ve decided on a table layout, fill in the information on your wedding detail form for us! If we need to know where to set up chairs/place settings/etc. then please mark up one of the tables layouts for us and cross out any chairs that won’t be required. If we need to know who is sitting where (i.e. you’ve hired us to do your name tags or personalized place setting decor) then we would also need numbers for each seat and a document listing the table number, seat number and name that corresponds to the table layout.

Kings Style

This is the recommended layout for all styles of wedding and the most commonly chosen floor plan for receptions at Cranberry Creek.

The couple sits at the head of harvest table with wedding party and/or family along sides

Sweetheart Head Table

Couple at their own table

Formal Head Table

Couple and wedding party seated along the north side of the table, facing guests. If the head table is noted as a harvest table in the document you can use harvest tables or folding plastic tables, however if it is noted as a folding plastic table then you cannot use harvest tables for that seating configuration. If using folding plastic tables you must bring in your own linens for the tables.
